Toxic habbits that you need to quit now

We are going through a tough situation now.But how is it’s effect on your personal and mental growth. This article is about how you evaluate this time in your personal growth like building skills sets, learning new language, can be reading a novel. Fun times never ends but you’ve to use your time in right way. Smaller things that you think they’re small, believe me they kills your productivity. We discuss the activities and as well as their solutions. we will try to keep this a small read but an effective one.

  1. Hitting your phone everytimeThis is a really serious problem.when you woke up in the morning you hit your phone first even sometimes I do. I admit.. But its a crucial activity that become a bad habit. You need to stop the meaningless scrolling on social media.

You don’t need to keep yourself away from your screen, keep yourself in some growth activity like reading books ( physical books not pdf ). Use the lockdown in a healthy way, download a tracker like “StayFree” , it’s give you the stats about how much you active with your screen. And the apps you visit and how much you spent into.. You just need to have a mindset to get out of it.

Solution –

  • use a screen tracker that’s provide you the stats about your screen times and the time you spent in apps.
  • Declutter your phone – uninstall the unnecessary apps, or use the web version of them. It’ll help you to focus on the exact things that you want.
  • Read physical books you have and avoid the online reads for some times.
  • You can start with the 100-200 pages books. Read 5 pages everyday, then 10 pages everyday. Its become a healthy habit.
  • If you don’t have physical books, try their audio versions. It take less time to digest.
  1. Skill building – You can use your time in some skill buildings activity, here are some of them –
  • learn a new language.
  • Do something that feeds your passion.Nourish your niche.
  • You can start blogging.
  • Start a YouTube channel. Provide valuable content that related to your passion or business.
  1. I have enough time – That’s a toxic syndrome. In this syndrome some of think like they have enough time. But believe me, time is never enough. That’s why its says you’re ran out of time.

You’ve time to learn new things, armed yourself with knowledge and apply that on your passion. It’s not the fault of time, it’s completely your fault. After 5 years from now , you said – how I made this serious mistake, even the god can’t help you. He blessed you with time. Its your fault that you don’t take it seriously. You can’t never back it. Use it wisely. Fun times is important – I’m also playing video games with my friends – but for 2hrs. You need to relax for sometimes.

It’s time invest in yourself.No compromise.No excuses.
